Reddygame is designed to be playable without creating an account. We collect only limited personal data, described below.

Data you provide directly

• Contact form submissions: your name, email address, subject, and message, when you contact us through the Contact Us page or by email.

Data collected automatically

• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, and pages visited, collected through standard web server and hosting logs.
• Gameplay data: your high scores and in-game progress, which are stored locally in your browser’s storage on your own device and are not automatically transmitted to our servers.

We do not knowingly collect financial information, government ID numbers, or other sensitive personal data through this website.

Reddygame uses your browser’s local storage to save your high scores and game progress directly on your device. This data stays on your device and is not something we collect or store on our servers.

Our website may also use essential cookies required for the site to function correctly, and, if enabled, analytics cookies to help us understand how visitors use the site. Where analytics or non-essential cookies are used, we will provide a cookie notice with the option to accept or decline them.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by applicable Indian law. The DPDP Act generally permits the transfer of personal data outside India, except to countries specifically restricted by the Central Government. We take steps to ensure any such transfers are made to providers with appropriate safeguards in place.

Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to:

• Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it is being processed;
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
• Erase personal data that is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for;
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent to process your data;
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity; and
• Register a grievance regarding how your personal data has been processed (see Section 14 below).
